As beautiful and as functional as St. John's facilities are, you'll be even more impressed with the people!
The Bartels family is new here since May of 2004, but I can tell you we are touched daily by the many ways people say, "Welcome," and show they care! Wouldn't you like to experience that in a church, too? That's what we're all about. We're here to "enthusiastically share the life changing good news of Jesus and His love."
I'm struck by compassion St. John's members have for one another and by their commitment to share the love of Jesus with others each day.
When we gather for worship (at either the 9:00 "Heritage" service, or the 11:15 "Contemporary" service) you'll be moved by the music, the message, and the prayers….talk about building up the body of Christ!
When we enjoy donuts and muffins with our coffee and juice between services, you'll be greeted and included in the conversation.
When the children and youth and adults head off to the various Sunday school and Christian education groups, you'll find experienced leaders and teachers committed to helping others grow spiritually and be more like Jesus.
St. John's strikes me as offering a unique blend of genuine "country hospitality" and the sensitivity to address the urgent needs of individuals and families in the community.
